Position Overview:
As a Residential Air Conditioning Service Technician at Express Air Conditioning and Heating, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems in residential properties. From routine maintenance to complex repairs, you'll ensure that our customers' homes remain cool and comfortable year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests on air conditioning systems to identify issues.
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system failures and maximize efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs and maintenance to homeowners.
- Complete service reports accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
2 year minimum experience as a residential service technician
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on residential systems.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
