Utilize accounting software to generate invoices and other billing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Tailor invoice submissions to meet the unique needs of individual customers.
Maintain meticulous records within established systems and processes for assigned accounts.
Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies that may arise.
Undertake general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record maintenance, to support billing operations.
Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Recent and relevant billing experience
Construction experience a plus, but not required
Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
