Schedule: Split Shift (6am-8am >Break< 3pm-5pm)

Requirements:

1. A Valid Driver’s License with a Clean MVR (Moter Vehicle Report).

2. Pass a Criminal Background Check.

3. Pass a Drug Test.

4. Be a Local Resident Who Knows the Area Well.

5. Be Able to Drive in the Darkness and Handle a Van.

6. Be Able to Drive a Load of People Safely to and from Work Daily.

Job Description: Delivering Workers to Job Sites via a Company Van and Additional Office Duties

1. When arriving in the morning, do an inspection of the van to ensure that it has not been tampered with, broken into, or that nothing is wrong with it before loading up the guys to go to work.

2. Plan your route to the jobs that you need to take the workers to each day so that you have a plan to get them safely to work and on time.

3. Make sure you help the dispatch worker keep track of who is riding to the job, who is riding from the job, or both.

4. Drive the workers to the jobsites and make sure they are where they are supposed to be and that they are safely on site before leaving them.

5. When you arrive in the afternoon to start pick-ups, you will need to make your route for picking up the people you dropped off. Make sure you always check in with dispatch to see if anything has changed.

6. Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company van and keep all receipts for fuel and other purchases on the “Fuel Card”, invoices, and inspection sheets current and up to date in the “Van Driver Log”.

7. Log all gas mileage and weekly inspections in the “Van Driver Log” and be sure to report all suspicious behavior that you experience from the van, (i.e., rattling, whining, smoking, panel lights coming on, power steering issues, brakes slipping, etc.…).

8. Take the van once a week to the car wash to be cleaned and use a broom to sweep out the floorboard of the interior throughout the week in between washes. Utilize the disinfectant wipes to wipe down the interior daily and disinfectant spray to keep it free of germs and bacteria.

9. Assist morning dispatch worker with logging equipment, logging food and drinks for employee meals, picking up trash and policing the parking lot. Safety and the well being of both employees is most critical in the morning and in the afternoon. Be aware of your surroundings and report any questionable behavior to the dispatch person that they may need to be made aware of.

10. Change the trash cans in the morning and wipe down the coffee station. Be sure to stock the coffee cups, creamer, and sugar. We try to make sure to conserve our coffee and coffee supplies the best we can to keep down cost. Set a limit to how much coffee is being used and try to limit how much is wasted.

11. Keep up with fueling the van and the security of the fuel card. Do not use the fuel card more than twice daily due to card restrictions. When we need to maintenance the van, we need to make sure that the limit on the card is raised so that we can pay for the cost. The Branch Manager should be the only one authorizing any purchases being made on the “Fuel Card”.

12. Assist the afternoon pay out worker with receiving the equipment back from the workers, highlighting their name in the log that they turned in their equipment that they checked out, wiping it down the hard hats with bleach spray and spraying the vests with Febreze, and keeping the lobby swept as the workers come in from jobs.

13. Make sure all the cups, condiments, hand sanitizer, face masks, hand soap in the bathroom, toilet paper in the bathroom, water in the water cooler, work orders, checks, invoice paper, and all safety equipment is stocked up and fresh for the next shift. If we are getting low on items that are staples for the normal workday, please make note so that we can get a list together for a supply order or a supply run.

14. Maintain a good attitude and great attendance. You are a very important part of our team, and we are happy to have you aboard!
