Description:
Hiring for a customer service representative and an administrative assistant. The position will entail answering phones, speaking with clients, requesting medical records, speaking with various medical facilities, organizing client files, computer proficiency, faxing and scanning. Providing exceptional customer service is our priority.
Ability to:
1. Answer phones in a professional, yet friendly manner;
2. Be compassionate when handling sensitive client matters;
3. Multi-task;
4. Knowledge of Word programs;
5. Be organized and adhere to deadlines;
6. Be trainable, and have the willingness to learn new things;
7. Be a self starter, and not be easily distracted with personal matters; and
8. Be punctual;
9. Work well with co-workers/team player
10. Dress is business causal.
