Family-owned learning center in Palm Harbor seeks an Office/Admin Assistant with experience in customer service.

Your Contribution to the Team: You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and administrative support. The ideal candidate should display meticulous attention to detail, have excellent time management and multitasking abilities, strong writing and organizational skills, and be comfortable working within deadline constraints. Reliability, punctuality and professional demeanor and appearance are essential.
Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
Provide exceptional and tactful customer service support to existing, prospective clients— in person, via telephone and in writing
Create, develop, revise, edit and distribute written materials (i.e., e-blasts, letters, newsletters, memos, presentation materials)
Create, organize and/or maintain files, calendars, and team schedules
Support social media efforts and respond to queries in a timely manner
Support team (i.e., copies, lamination, set-up for special events)
Occasional substitute duties during teacher(s) absence
Account receivable/payable with commensurate experience
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail
Multi-tasking proficiency
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Willingness to comply, adapt, and exercise flexibility as needed
Strong computer literacy including experience with Google, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize activities on a daily basis to accomplish tasks and goals with minimal supervision
Strong desire to meet or exceed expectations, and learn
Education:
High school or equivalent
Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience is required.
