Benchmark Management is accepting applications to join our service/maintenance team at our New Port Richey apartment community in the position of Service Technician.
Our maintenance teams are responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of the apartments including work orders, preventive maintenance, apartment turns and grounds.
The successful candidates will be High School Graduates (or equivalent), have a minimum of 2 years maintenance or skilled trade experience (multi-family experience preferred), knowledge of appliance repair preferred, HVAC certified or ability to obtain EPA within 120 days.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, complete tasks up to 2nd story of building exteriors and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. On-Call every three weeks or as needed.
