Looking for responsible, hard working and dedicated person to help upkeep a multiple acre estate. This is an outside job, must be able to work outdoors.
Must have experience in:
Handyman work, able to repair/maintain and improve all aspects of property regularly and use of all tools and equipment.
Working outdoors and all types of ground work, including trees, cleaning and upkeep of property .
Proper animal handling skills, petting zoo. Upkeep, clean and maintenance.
Flexible to work some weekend days when owners are traveling.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs (feed, hay)
The ideal candidate will work well independently, is motivated to get the job done, efficiently and have a positive attitude.
Part-time 4-5 hrs a day.
Great pay, based on experience.
