Company is looking for an HR Specialist in Duluth, GA. Should have three or more years of HR experience.
Preparing compensation and benefits packages.
Setting up company policies.
Maintaining updated employee records
Creating job requisitions.
Recruit and Onboard new hires when needed .
Demonstrated problem solving ability.
Proficient in HRIS, and other related systems like Workday, ADP etc.
Familiar with QuickBooks
Professional, team player, good communication.
Bookkeeping (updating income and expense ledgers)
Proficient in spread sheets (creating and maintaining )
Reliable and detail oriented.
Associates Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
