Our client is seeking a Contract Corporate Paralegal in their Atlanta, GA office.This opportunity will go 9 months with the possibility for extension and is for someone going on leave.What you will be doing:Legal Analyst WorkReviewing and marking up NDA's, archiving NDA'sReview and marking up Sponsorship and Rental agreementsProject Management and Folder ManagementDisclosure WorkSection 16 fillingsWorking filings relating to the sale of securities, grant and vesting of securities by our section 16 officersAct as point of contact for Attorney's and paralegals re section 16Managing relationship and making sure billing of invoices for the service is up to dateParalegal WorkReview bi-weekly reports for respective period the ROC covers and identifying important topics to include in draft outlineProvide assistance scheduling prep meeting with executives Take notes during prep meetings and incorporating those in the draft outlineEmail draft outline for completionSchedule remindersCheck in with ROC contributors on progress and due datesAccess and help manage various SharePoint sitesPosition DetailsAnticipated start date: ASAPEstimated duration: Nine (9) monthsSchedule: Monday-Friday Hybrid Two days in office, Atlanta, GALocation: AtlantaPay rate:$55/hr.This person must be tech savvy, flexible, skilled in working around confidential information.
