Pita Paradise is Urgently Hiring PM Line Cook
The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and kitchen team leadership. The PM Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef and kitchen supervisors with their daily tasks.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities
Set up mise en place and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service according to standards in a timely manner
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Adheres to proper food handling sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Basic kitchen skills include: slicing, mincing, chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces
Keep station neat and clean during and after shift
Culinary school diploma preferred

Pay: Competitive $24-$28 per hour + tips
