Key Responsibilities:
Accurately estimate costs and prepare bids for construction projects, ensuring both competitiveness and profitability.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to discover new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts with clients to clarify project scope, timeline, and financials.
Manage the sales process from the initial inquiry to the signing of contracts, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with project managers and the construction team to guarantee that all project requirements are comprehensively understood and fulfilled.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Deliver regular sales forecasts and detailed reports to senior management.
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the construction sector.
Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structuring.
Exceptional analytical abilities for detailed cost estimation and bid preparation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, proven by past deal closures.
Proficient in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experienced with construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.
