We are looking for energetic, educated accounting assistant.

Responsibilities:
Financial oversight : manage monthly financing reporting, budgeting and analisys
Driver Communication: Specialist should be confident in communication able to explain all charges, loads and other details of driver statements, be flexible but firm.
Invoicing & Collections: Oversee invoicing, settlements, and collections. Address late payments and discrepancies.
Driver Communication: Manage documentation, including lost PODs, and address driver inquiries.
Other basic accountant duties and assistance for senior accountants.
Experience in trucking is preferred.
Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian languages is a good bonus.
