AH Financial is a small accounting firm located in the Pilsen neighborhood. We're seeking a person to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist with a focus on Payroll. Applicants should have general computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, and excellent typing skills are essential. Bilingual (English-Spanish) and knowledge of QuickBooks are a plus. This is a full time, salaried position. We offer competitive salary (based on experience) with benefits including a health Insurance Plan, 401(k) plan, and paid vacation.
General responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Entering and verifying employee payroll data
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Performing basic bookkeeping transactions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience or in a similar setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
