We're a neighborhood spot in Avondale and Logan Square looking for grill and line cooks. We currently have two locations looking for cooks. Looking for availability to work at one or both! Ludlow is located in Avondale and we have a second location opening soon in Logan Square! Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Skills:
Line and grill cooking experience, at least 1-2 years preferred.
Able to open and close a kitchen efficiently
Able to perform necessary prep, including sauces, meat prep, fryer, grill, and plancha maintenance etc
Able to arrive on time to shifts
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Makes a killer Smashburger :)
Experience in Charcuterie is a plus!

Teamwork/Communication
$20/hr plus 10% of food sales in tips (usually amounts to a total hourly rate of $25/hr)
