Office Administration

We are seeking an Office Administration to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success in ELK Grove Village, IL.

Responsibilities:

Good organization, time management and scheduling skills

Minimum knowledge of Bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable

Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

​Strong organizational skill

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Specific industry experience preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Excel .

familiar with photoshop

We are looking for someone full time, however, we are open to part time.
