Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionAs a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving raw materials across different departments and ensuring the teams have the material needed to manufacture products. Your role also includes staging final products for shipping and removing cardboard and wood from the plant. You will assist co-workers with the department process, stage parts based on build schedule, operate forklifts, handle department inventory control and reconciliation of inventory records. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory locations through use of inventory control system, removing waste from plant, and performing cycle counts as needed. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.Hard Skills
1+ year of experience on a Sit Down or Stand Up Forklift
Ability to handle repetitive motion
Ability to stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs
