POSITION OPEN AND BASED IN NATCHITOCHES LA DATE: May 8, 2024 JOB TITLE: MRO Clerk Dayshift REPORTS TO: Larry Payne/ Demetric Robinson / Shift Supervisor POSITION SUMMARY : This position will bear the primary responsibility of stocking she lves, working maintenance supply window, doing inventory, receiving materials and requisitioning using SAP and Walker system. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Input data in the Walker System and SAP
Receive materials in Walker an d Sap
Stock shelves as parts arrive
Do inventory of parts and supplies
Issue parts and supplies to maintenance partners
Other duties as requested by management
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Above average safety and attendance record
Basic math and computer skills
Good communication and planning skills; legible handwriting
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Must be able to work at a safe rate with minimal supervision
Must be able to work overtime and different shifts based on departmental needs
Must have computer skills including Sap, Walker and spreadsheets
Must be able to use a ten-key adding machine
Must be able to lift approximately 40-50 pounds
Must be able to recognize and retrieve parts and supplies
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
High school diploma, GED, vocational school or equivalent Computer skills
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience helpful but not required
