Responsibilities:
Provide timely and friendly service to our dining patrons
Maintain working product knowledge - Stay up to date on menu changes and specials. Help customers have a rewarding dining experience.
Maintain knowledge of our POS system
Answer phone queries when necessary
Communicate - team work makes the dream work!
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
