Tuff Shed is seeking a Production Foreman for our Baltimore Factory Store. Make a significant impact on our operations and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule fabrication
Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards
Collaborate on production schedules and performance
Implement PPE and housekeeping standards
Maintain tools and equipment
Lead daily team meetings
Ensure only certified employees operate forklifts and tools
Oversee material handling and storage
Manage inventory and minimize waste
Ensure products are ready for loading/assembly
Address work-related problems and promote a positive culture
Participate in hiring and disciplinary actions
Train and certify Prefab team members
Inspect team members' work and address deficiencies
Monitor and inspect raw and finished goods
Skills & Experience:
Tradesperson or supervisory experience
Knowledge of construction practices and tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and plans
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
