Qualifications
Ability to operate in dusty environments and navigate uneven surfaces.
Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights, such as on scaffolding or in crawlspaces.
Willingness to adhere to directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Equipped with basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.
Fundamental understanding of job site organization and construction procedures.
Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for coworkers.
Basic knowledge of safety and health protocols, with ongoing safety training provided.
Optional: Reliable transportation.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Keep the site clean, load and unload materials weighing over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.
Provide support with sitework activities, such as trench digging.
Work methodically and take responsibility for your tasks.
Communicate ideas and information effectively; be inquisitive and resourceful.
Prioritize safety for yourself and your teammates.
Assist in maintaining job site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.
Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on the site location, and must provide a clean motor vehicle report for approval.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
Benefits
Starting pay rate of $23.00 per hour.
$1,500 signing bonus after completing 90 days.
