Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced Chef to run a fast pace kitchen. Year round position with paid vacation.

Please be able to hire and manage a staff, manage inventory, work the line and all other responsibilities of a Head Chef.

The hours range from 40 - 55+ hours based on the time of the year. Compensation will be provided for extra hours necessary to run our kitchen.

Must be able to remain level headed when the mid summer volume begins.

Great atmosphere, fun staff and you will have the ability to manage the kitchen as you feel is the best for the business.
