Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician.Responsibilities: Prepare and set up new Chromebooks for student use Organize and install chargers for new carts in elementary schools Image and deploy new computers to staff and teachers Rebuild MAC Lab with new iMacs and set up on the network Re-setup classroom computers and Chromebook carts after summer classroom cleaning Assist IT Staff with resolving help tickets during the September school startup Perform additional technical work as assigned Utilize skills in Chromebook, Image Deployment, Laptop Images, Deployments, Windows Deployment, OS Deployment, Desktop deploymentRequirements Possess at least 1 year of experience as a PC Technician or in a related role Proficient in Chromebook usage and troubleshooting Skilled in Image Deployment and Laptop Images Experience in various deployment types such as Windows Deployment, OS Deployment, and Desktop deployment Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Familiarity with the installation and configuration of PC hardware and software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to continue learning and improving tech skills.
