I was the victim of a real estate, land development fraud several years ago. The attorney I used was in cahoots with the scam artist. He was supposed to be representing me but never did any due diligence on the loans I made to the fraudster.
I am looking for a lawyer to help me pursue this case against the lawyer, who has assets and D&O Liability Insurance.
