Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites as necessary.
Safely handle the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision.
Provide assistance to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a construction environment.
Willingness to learn and follow directions from experienced tradespeople.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
