Description:Scope:Engine retool and New Line automation assembly. Work Includes GM Ramos, Ford Livonia, GM Romulus, St. Catherine, Toledo, GM SaltilloThis is a position for an individual who wants to get into powertrain automation. There will be new detailing and layout design work for these projects. Scope includes, modifying drawings, detailing drawings, Helping Sr. Engineers pull files, reverse engineering and shop and engineering liaison.Day to Day:-Hours 8am-4:30pm -Detailing/Reverse engineering of Drawings-Helping shop guys with fixing any layout drawings/issues with drawingsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-1+ years SolidWorks and Inventor experience (Needs to understand functions and software thoroughly)-BSME or 2+ years of design experience in Automation cell design, Powertrain assemblyNICE TO HAVE:-GM experience-GM standard parts listAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
