The Production Mixer is responsible for preparing and mixing the ingredients required for assembly of food products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Correctly and accurately assemble ingredients & record on production paperwork Follow blend sheets to ensure accurate product Mixing & blending of ingredients to ensure consistent final product that matches customer specifications. Operate all production equipment, including Kettles, Pumps, Dye Mixers and Mills Complete production paperwork accurately and timely Understand and follow all sanitization processes Consistently practice food safety, sanitization, and work safety policies & procedures Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, federal, state & local regulations, and company policies & procedures, including safety protocols and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Regular and reliable attendance Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm + OT when needed Monday-Friday
