HAKE'S AUTO in Bloomington is looking for a service writer to help at the front desk. We are open Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
Job Duties Include:
Answering incoming phone calls, and emails.
Scheduling appointments.
Advise customers on repairs needed.
Writing up work orders and closing them out.
Making estimates, ordering parts, returns.
Qualifications:
General understanding of auto mechanics.
Able to communicate with customers and technicians.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Service Writer.
Some experience working on vehicles.
Good customer service skills.
Experience with Mitchell Manager or Snap On Shop Key invoicing system.
