Apartment Turn Painter Wanted
Painting company looking for an experienced Apartment Turn Painter.
Apartment Turn Painter. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:00pm (sometimes earlier) Monday – Friday with occasional weekends. Work is throughout the metro area. Mostly unit turn painting with some unit rehab and common area painting. Generally, brush and roll painting, with minor patching. Drywall repair knowledge a plus. Can provide some tools. Steady work throughout the year. Pay will depend on experience.
Ideal candidates would have the following:
Able to self-start and work alone when needed.
Reliable Transportation.
Good attendance.
Positive attitude.
On time to start jobs.
Good communication.
