We’re looking for a wood floor installer/finisher. Job consists of installing, sanding, finishing and refinishing wood floors throughout the metro.
Would prefer someone with experience. However, will consider those without direct experience who have some level of construction experience. Pay is $25-$35/hr doe. Generally someone with no experience starts around $25/hr, while someone that can do any wood floor job flawlessly would be closer to $35/hr.
We’re a small company so it’s very important that we find someone that’s reliable as missing work can really mess up our schedule.
We will potentially consider sub contractors, someone that’s only available a few days per week, good/reliable sub crews etc. just need some help. This would probably also be a good job for maybe a self employed finish carpenter that could use some extra work.
We’re located in Richfield, so you could meet at our shop or at the job site. We typically work anywhere from about 25-40 hours per week depending on our workload. For someone that would want more hours; we almost always have misc work that can be done such as; wood deliveries, cleaning our shop etc. So we can almost always get you more hours if you want.
