Provide solutions and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone and email
Deliver IT support for a variety of systems, networks, and software
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements
Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field, or other professional certifications
2+ years of related experience
Exceptional customer service skills, with proven experience supporting users over the phone
