Works collaboratively with the Category Managers, Portfolio Administrators and Suppliers to discuss contract implementation related issues and contract life cycle management.Contract Administrators will possess a systems thinking approach for trouble shooting and problem-solving for managing and improving work processes. Ability to be agile and easily adapt to new processes, job requirements, and tools in a digital supply chain environment critical.This role will support Category Managers and Portfolio Administrators with system reporting needs. Triage incoming requests to category management teams through tools such as Service Now or OneTrust Vendorpedia (OTV) and provide additional operational support to category management teams. Role will perform special projects and/or assignments as directed.Requires strong attention to detail with an ability to effectively managing competing deadlines.Maintains a broad knowledge of Mayo Clinic's clinical and administrative systems andprocesses, with an understanding of their interrelationship and dependencies.Preferably, the candidate will reside within 70 miles of Rochester. Candidates will be expected to be onsite on a quarterly cadence for departmental meetingsQualificationsBachelor's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in health care, supply chain logistics, finance, business, nursing or other clinical areas; Certifications may be considered in lieu of experience. Master's degree in health care, supply chain, logistics, finance, business, nursing, or other clinical areas preferred.
