Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself.Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.Preventative maintenance as scheduled.Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.Other duties as assigned.EQUIPMENT/TECHNICALOperate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop.
