As a Customer Service Representative at Mountain Meadow Herbs, you will be our customer's first point of contact, ensuring high-quality assistance and maintaining excellent customer relations. Your goal will be to contribute to customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner
Assist customers with order entry, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges professionally and accurately
Help customers with accurate product selection and information to meet their unique needs
Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
