Position Overview:
As a Massage Therapist at our Holistic Ayurvedic Spa, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional wellness experiences to our clients. Combining the ancient principles of Ayurveda with modern massage techniques, you will facilitate healing, relaxation, and rejuvenation for our guests. Your expertise and dedication to holistic wellness will contribute to creating an environment of tranquility and renewal.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized massages and Ayurvedic treatments based on Ayurvedic principles, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs and preferences of clients.
2. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their physical conditions, medical histories, and wellness goals, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
3. Administer various massage techniques, including but not limited to Abhyanga, and Shirodhara, according to the Ayurvedic tradition.
4. Utilize natural oils, herbs, and other Ayurvedic remedies to enhance the therapeutic benefits of massage and promote overall well-being.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring a serene and inviting atmosphere conducive to relaxation and healing.
6. Educate clients about Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle practices, and self-care techniques to support their holistic wellness journey beyond the spa.
7. Collaborate effectively with other wellness professionals, such as Ayurvedic practitioners, yoga instructors, and nutritionists, to provide integrated and comprehensive care for clients.
8. You can stay informed about developments in the field of Ayurveda and massage therapy, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
9. Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines for massage therapy, respecting client confidentiality and safety at all times.

Qualifications:
-Current Montana State Massage License.
-Specialized training or certification in Ayurvedic massage techniques is ideal but not required (will offer Ayurvedic training to the right candidate)
-A profound understanding of Ayurvedic principles and holistic wellness concepts is ideal but not required (will train).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and create a welcoming environment.
-Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to individual client needs and preferences.
-Dedication to ongoing professional development and a passion for promoting holistic health and well-being.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also capable of working independently.
