Responsible for leading all phases of the Oracle NetSuite Financial Consolidation and Close implementation including business alignment workshops, designing and configuring the system as per leading practices and working with customers in creating a positive experience.

Additional responsibilities include leading the implementation of Oracle Narrative Reporting Solution and Financial Reporting. Understand reporting requirements from discovery through development. Communicate with key customer resources to create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

Act as thought leader and advisor to customers to embed leading practices in business processes to drive high level of customer satisfaction. Be responsible for quality of deliverable, overall.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications include:

3+ years of end-to-end Oracle FCCS, Narrative Reporting and/or HFM implementation experience including configuration, design, and testing of the application

Extensive hands-on experience in configuring FCCS including loading data from ERP systems, using task manager and setting up forms, dashboards, and infolets

Hands-on experience on Oracle EPM data management

Accounting background with Financial Consolidation experience

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems

Deep capacity for influencing customers and guiding them towards leading practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines

Possess a passion for helping customers find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively

Outstanding client facing skills. History of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues

Experience working with and interpreting business requirements outlined in contracts/SOW (Statement of Work)

Organizes and performs work required in collaboration with project managers

Mentor and lead less experienced consultants to develop strong skills with FCCS technology

Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines

Previous experience in the Financial Consolidation, Close Management and Corporate Reporting functions and technology solutions a plus including experience with Blackline, FloQast, OneStream and Vena

Experience with other Oracle EPM Products (Tax Reporting Cloud, Profitability and Cost Management and FreeForm), nice to have

NetSuite and/or Oracle Certification a plus

Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
