Responsibilities: - Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized infusion therapy plans
- Administering IV infusions safely and accurately
- Monitoring patient responses to treatment and adjusting care multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification in IV therapy
- Experience in infusion therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
