Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Clerk for our client in Olympic Valley, California. This is a temporary position for about 6-8 weeks, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounts payable, is comfortable contacting vendors and handling the incoming mail.
Responsibilities:
Open mail and emails to ensure that necessary items are sent to the corporate office.
Contact vendors for the proper transfer of items from local to corporate offices.
Assist in setting up billing and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Perform light processing tasks which mainly encompass vendor management.
Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications.
Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
