We are a property preservation company that works with all the Nationals. We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors all over Strafford, NH County and surrounding areas.
Jobs include:
- Trash Out
- Lock Change
- General Property Preservation Tasks
- Drywall
- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair
Must have requirements:
- Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
- Lawn equipment: Mower, weed eater, edge trimmer, blower, etc.
Payment:
-We pay on the following Monday 7 working days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients
