The Gallery Salon & Spa is seeking a talented and motivated Esthetician to join our dynamic team!

Located in Portsmouth's West End, our salon is renowned for its trendy atmosphere, professional staff, and top-notch services. We are dedicated to staying ahead of the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry, ensuring that our clients leave feeling confident and beautiful every time. We offer a stunning 9,000 square foot salon space, a full spa, medi-spa and barbershop.
Position: Commission-Based Esthetician
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including waxing, facials, chemical peels, and lash/brow sercices, in accordance with client needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques to maintain healthy and youthful-looking skin.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to salon policies and sanitation standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, personalized service, and follow-up care.
Requirements:
MUST have current clientele to bring with you - booking percentage expectations are 50% by 60 days, 80% by 6 months, 95% by 9 months.
Valid esthetics license in the state of New Hampshire.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and address their concerns effectively.
Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other salon professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
