Responsibilities
Accountable for maintenance of all relevant documentation required to meet and/or exceed local, state, federal & customer requirements Knowledge of major insurance companies, electronic appraisal and adjustment systems Monitor the shop for cleanliness and safety compliance standards Manage, grow and direct day to day operation Lead in identifying and implementing opportunities for operational efficiency
Qualifications
Qualified candidates for this position should have a minimum of (5) year automotive service manager experience, knowledge and experience in drivability and engine diagnostics. An emphasis on preventive maintenance service, alignments, brake service and related repairs up to major engine repairs are also required. Familiar working with multiple makes and models.
