Job Specifications:
1. Enter orders into Quickbooks
2. Turn orders into invoices and mark paid on date of charge
3. Reconcile Merchant Closeout payments with paid invoices monthly
5. Enter Fedex Freight Bills and Ground Shipping Labels
Five years business experience using Quickbooks or other
Hours M-F, 8-4:30pm
