Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.What we offer: What we offer: $19.50 (including shift pay)11:30PM- 8AM shift hours, Monday - Friday Benefits start Day 1New employee training in the safe operation of equipmentYour responsibilitiesAs a machine operator, you may be assigned to Wash Room, Molding, Paint Room, or TestingWash Room:oLoad and unload conveyor with electrically tested partsoWipe excess residue after wash ensuring the parts are clean, dry, and ready for packaging Molding:oOperate heated molding presses to mold and cure productsoInspect each piece for cosmetic flaws; use light to inspect interior of work piecesoTrim excess flash from product using a scalpel or grinding tool as neededoRemove molded pieces from press upon completion of cycle, remove tooling from work piecesPaint Room:oOperate manual or semi-automatic painting application including grit blasting machinesoDilute paint as requiredTesting:oOperate semiautomatic or manual testing equipment oLoad and unload test partsoSpray test parts with oil as a part of the test processManual material handlingMeet established standard quality and productivity expectationsFollow job Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) complete Maintain accurate quality and production records Proper use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and others as applicableAll other duties, as assignedYour backgroundHigh School diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience preferredBasic proficiency in computer systems and applications preferredAbility to lift up to 40lbs Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functionsAbility to stand for 8 hours dailyComfortable bending, twisting, reachingComfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environmentCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USMore about usWe look forward to receiving your application.
