You'll be directly reporting to our President and serving as the pinnacle of the Client Management function, taking charge of planning, leading, and developing teams of Account Executives and Account Service Managers. Your role revolves around ensuring health plan client deliverables, account retention, and seamlessly operating the interface between client systems and operations areas, driving Provider Net Promoter Score (NPS). One day a week, you'll get to work from any US Elevance Health corporate location.How you will make an impact:

You'll be the Executive Sponsor responsible for servicing clients and implementing strategies that promote client retention and growth.

You’ll utilize your strong oversight skills to ensure contractual compliance and the proper handling of client deliverables.

Your expertise will be pivotal for successful system migrations, ensuring connectivity and alignment.

Your eye for detail will ensure that benefits are set rightly, claims are adjudicated properly, and client performance review meetings are well executed.

Act as a mentor by developing training materials and forums, strengthening associate’s understanding to effectively sell our integrated value proposition.

Showcase your management acumen by hiring, coaching, and evaluating the performance of direct reports.

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of account management and/or operations experience in the managed care industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred--Your expertise in leading Client Management in a healthcare business, especially with Payers and Clients. -Your acumen in Utilization Management products, clinical programs, pricing, and service delivery model. -MBA degree or other advanced graduate degree is also preferred.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $150,000 to $270,000Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
