We are looking for one or more experienced and friendly acupuncturists and massage therapists to join our team! Part-time to start, approximate 18 hours per week.
Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Provide physical evaluation and consultation for our patients/clients.
2. Provide acupuncture treatment, cupping therapy, and moxibustion, or massage therapy to patients.
3. Familiar with conditions including but not limited to: depression, headache, insomnia, vertigo, cough, rhinitis, allergy, IBS, infertility, detoxification, smoking cessation, acne, weight control, pain management including arthritis, orthopedic & sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, pre-surgical preparation and post-surgical rehabilitation, Cancer care, etc.
3. Basic computer skill for electronic medical records;
4. Basic knowledge of medical billing and no-fault pre-certification process in NJ;
5. Additional responsibilities include patient administration, assisting with marketing efforts and promoting programs and events for our patients and clients, encouraging all to embrace our culture of vibrant living!
Requirements:
Reliable transportation required.
Active Acupuncture or Massage Therapy License.
Herbal Certification (Optional)
Bilingual: English/Chinese or English/Spanish (Optional)
