Dental receptionist with excellent communication skills and customer service. Proficiency in dental insurance billing and dental management software would be a plus.
Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must have computer knowledge, good math skills, and be a detail-oriented individual, who is punctual, neat, and organized.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be a plus.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
1. excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor, and ability to sell/accept treatments and collect payments from patients.
2. Responsibilities and responsiveness addressing patient needs with urgency and resolving patient's concerns/issues.
3. ability to understand and explain to patients the treatment plan formulated by the dentist.
4. ability to understand and explain to patients about their insurance benefits/policies.
5. ability to work as a team and to contribute and improve office efficiency and workflow.
Mondays to Fridays.
