I am a PhD student at the dissertation stage. I'm looking at patient-care and what motivates CNAs to be satisfied with their job. Someone with a PhD degree with knowledge of CNA and patient-care is preferred in addition to having experience in a general qualitative design would be helpful. I am in the process of re-submitting Ch.1, Ch.2, and Ch. 3 of my proposal back to my chair for another review but would like to have someone review it prior to submission. A checklist template accompanies the review. I did my best to honor the checklist as I've written the paper in sequence following the checklist provided by the dissertation committee. If you would kindly confirm I've written the paper in sequence according to the checklist, I would greatly appreciate it. Even though I'm looking for someone with an adequate background in healthcare, I am also looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and humble, and not just doing this for the money. The deadline for me to submit the paper to the chair is May 20th but before that time, I would like to do at least two revisions for you. If you do a great job with this, I will ask you to work on a permanent agreement with me and at a higher rate until the dissertation gets approved and published. Thanks
