Station Agents - primary job duties include but are not limited to:
- Check in customers arriving for railbike tours;
- Organize, orient, and manage customers while waiting for railbike tours to begin;
- Communicate effectively and regularly with rail bike tour guides regarding customer flow;
- Deliver pre-trip orientation briefings to customers;
- Respond professionally, productively, and punctually to customer and other public inquiries via telephone, and email;
- Book tours over the phone as needed;
- Merchandise, promote, sell and restock branded merchandise; and
- Maintain a clean attractive station environment.
Qualifications - all candidates must:
- Have excellent people and communication skills and a great attitude,
- Work well in a customer-oriented tourism role,
- Be able to work effectively on a team,
- Love nature and being outdoors, and
- Be responsible and reliable.
