Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating.
Current New Jersey RN License
At least 2 years ICU nursing experience & previous management experience preferred
BLS & ACLS Health Care provider through American Heart Association
Additional certifications may be required as per the Administrative Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy
Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
Manages patient care delivery on an assigned shift.
Ensure that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
Ability to pay attention to detail
Leadership skills; critical thinking, problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ambition and desire to positively impact patient care, patient experience and the overall success of the unit.
