Leading nationally recognized Santa Fe business located in the Santa Fe Railyard seeks a Director of Finance and Administration.
This position manages the accounting and bookkeeping of the business including , A/R, A/P, cash management, bank reconciliations, P & L budgeting and review, payroll preparations, support of tax planning, review of insurance coverages, and financial oversight of subsidiary companies and entities.
Software proficiency requires expert knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Word for financial analysis, reporting to all areas of the business, and business management planning.
The Director shall also manage the functions of Human Resources including recordkeeping, recruitment, overall staff support and coordination with other managers in the business.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial and business management position. This is an on-site work environment, with a focus on communication, reliability, staff support and the achievement of common goals of business success and growth.
