They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.ASSEMBLY: Reading & Understanding Procedures Hand loading/unloading parts and subassemblies into/from assembly fixtures Operation of semi-automatic and automatic assembly equipment. Single subassembly of small parts Spotwelding of small parts Adjusting of Open Relay Assemblies Baking Operations of parts/assemblies Accurate Recordkeeping Examples of Tools & Equipment used: Automatic/Semi-Automatic Benchtop Assembly Equipment, including spotwelding, presses and lasers. Ultrasonic Cleaners) utilizing various cleaning fluids/solvents. Application of Sealant Epoxy Accurate Recordkeeping Tools & Equipment Used: Both Large & Benchtop Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment Cleaning Solvents Cleaning Sockets Epoxy Paintbrush Venthood PPESOCKET ASSEMBLY: Reading & Understanding Procedures Primarily manual assembly of various relay sockets and associated hardware.
